Contract Design and Flexibility

NPM Inc. offers a full range of management services to the condominium community. Recognizing that no two condominiums have the same management requirements, it is our intention to tailor the contract requirements to suit the individual Corporation needs.

No contract will contain termination clauses in excess of sixty (60) days, with or without cause reciprocally, and all contracts will reflect input from Board members to attain thriving and mutually beneficial working relationships.

Financial Management

NPM Inc. produces financial statements for each client using the Condo Management Pro Software System. CM Pro software was designed specifically to integrate financial, managerial and administrative functions in one program – created exclusively for Condominiums. Financial statements are provided monthly to the individual boards for their review prior to regular Board meetings.

All condominium funds are held individually in separate bank accounts in the name of the Corporation. All cheques are to be signed by 2 authorized signing officers and we will provide copies of all bank statements, invoices and investment certificates. Investment of funds are made only in accordance with the provisions of the Condominium Act and the direction off the Board.

Financial Statements are provided monthly to the individual board members for their review.
